Job Description - Senior People & Culture Executive

We’re looking for a People & Culture Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations. You’ll help with hiring, onboarding, work pass matters, payroll support, and employee engagement. You’ll also assist in keeping our office running smoothly and ensure we stay compliant with local regulations. This role is great for someone organized, people-focused, and ready to take on a variety of HR tasks.

Responsibility:

  • Recruitment & Selection: Post job ads, conduct phone screenings, arrange interviews, and prepare MOM-compliant employment contracts in line with Xtremax policies.
  • Work-Pass Administration: Submit and renew Employment / S- / Work Permits via myMOM, including cancellations and appeals.
  • On- & Off-boarding: Plan day-one orientation, issue IT hardware and access rights, collect company assets at exit, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Payroll Support: Collate monthly payroll inputs, verify overtime/claims, liaise with payroll vendor, and prepare CPF, IR8A/IR21 and SDL reports.
  • Employee Engagement: Organise welfare activities, training logistics (SSG / SkillsFuture), and support performance review cycles; handle day-to-day employee queries.
  • Office & Facilities Management: Oversee pantry and office facilities, seating plans, basic repairs, courier/mail services, and small office moves.
  • Licence & Compliance: Monitor and renew statutory licences (e.g., bizSAFE, Fire Safety Certificate); update policies to reflect changes in the Employment Act, PDPA, and WSH regulations.
  • Process Improvement & Ad-hoc Projects: Support HRIS/process automation, ESG/DEI initiatives, audits, and any other duties that keep Xtremax running smoothly.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ HR generalist experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a track-record of planning or hosting engagement events.
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF/IRAS filings, and Work-Pass regulations.
