Assesses, treats, rehabilitates, educates and prevents a variety of medical and surgical conditions of the feet and lower limbs across all ages affected by musculoskeletal injuries and pathologies, neurological and circulatory diseases and infection
Collaborate with clinicians to manage diabetic foot conditions, and actively develop and provide community education programmes
Provides clinical supervision and guidance to junior podiatrists
Job Requirements:
Degree in Podiatry with professional registration
At least 2 years' experience in podiatry, preferably within a medical institution or hospital
Able to assess vascular and neurological status of diabetic patients
Meticulous and able to work independently
Knowledge and experience in diabetic foot care, nail surgery, biomedical assessment, and prescription of foot orthotics
