Senior Preventative Maintenance Technician (Kitchen Machinery) - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on a variety of kitchen machinery and equipment, such as ovens, mixers, refrigerators, and freezers.
2. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and parts used.
3. Work closely with kitchen staff to anticipate equipment problems and take preventive action.
4. Assess equipment performance and suggest upgrades or replacements to improve kitchen efficiency.
5. Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies for optimal performance.

Additional Information:

1. Prior relevant experience in a central kitchen will be highly advantageous
