Senior Process Associate Engineer (12-hour Shift Role) - Room for Advancement

Who You Are: 

We are looking for someone who to take up the Associate Engineer position, with experience in backend Die Fab processes which include Back grinding, Laser Scribing and Pick n Place process. 

Position Summary: 

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Associate Engineer to take responsibility for Die Fab process. 

In this role, you will handle process related daily operations and support process engineers to maintain and improve module KPIs.

What You Will Do:                                                                                                                 

• Work in cleanroom environment and perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of production in the module;
• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the module;
• Lot disposition: trouble-shoot process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold;
• Monitor and improve on the qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools;
• Provide guidance to junior AE and technician on process buyoff and lot disposition;
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module;
   

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

• Work experience in cleanroom environment 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, SPC and Process Control (Operator Instruction & OCAP)
• Tools set (advantages) including plating

Education (Minimum Level)

• Diploma 

Field of Study

• Engineering Mechanical, Electronics, Material , Manufacturing or related fields

Years of Experience (Minimum)

• 1 - 3 years
