People with passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drive innovation \u2013 whilst unlocking your own potential. \n\nResponsibilities and Qualifications for Internal Candidates| \n---|--- \n \nYOUR ROLE \n\n 1. Set-up process recipe of newly setup process equipment.\n 2. Perform qualification for new process equipment and new process recipe.\n 3. Evaluate the new processes and make a series of process characterization.\n 4. Perform inline troubleshooting and qualification in daily operation.\n 5. Follow Gemba activity to identify opportunity of improvement in operation and quality aspects.\n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Degree in engineering of materials, chemistry\n * Knowledge of excel, office suite.\n * English language proficiency\n * at least 5 years experience in wafer fab process engineering, and having at least 3 years experience of Novellus Speed HDP STI process.\n * Strong CVD process technical knowledge background, with experience to develop and optimize new process recipe\n * Master SPC, FMEA and 8D problem solving methodology.\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
