Our technology starts with you.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Set up process recipes for newly installed semiconductor process equipment to ensure operational readiness\n * Perform qualification tests for new process equipment and recipes to validate performance and compliance\n * Evaluate new processes through detailed characterization to optimize manufacturing outcomes\n * Conduct inline troubleshooting and qualification during daily operations to maintain process stability\n * Lead Gemba activities to identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency and quality\n\n\n\nJob Requirements\n\n * Degree in engineering, materials science, or chemistry\n * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite for data analysis and reporting\n * English language proficiency to communicate effectively within a global team\n * Demonstrated expertise in wafer fab process engineering with at least 5 years of experience\n * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CVD process tools such as LAM, Novellus, or Producer\n * Strong technical knowledge in CVD process development and recipe optimization\n * Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and 8D problem-solving methodologies\n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
