Collaborate with integration, device, and module teams to meet electrical performance, reliability, and yield targets Perform DOE planning, execution, and data analysis to identify key process parameters and improve process windows Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure manufacturability and scalability Support technology roadmap definition and qualification and ramp-up for high-volume manufacturing Work closely with equipment vendors to evaluate new hardware and software solutions for implant processes Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or any related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process development, with strong expertise in Ion Implant Solid understanding of device physics, dopant profiles, and implant-related defect mechanisms Hands-on experience with implant equipment and process characterization tools Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and DOE methodologies Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
