Senior Product Designer

You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to simplify complex workflows, improve user experiences, and shape new product capabilities across a highly inter-connected ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex UX problems, working across systems with many moving parts, and balancing user needs with technical and operational realities.

• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery
• Design intuitive experiences for complex workflows and multi-step user journeys
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to validate ideas quickly
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative experiments
• Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align product direction and priorities
• Identify friction points and opportunities to streamline platform experiences
• Contribute to product thinking, design strategy, and team practices

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines
• Strong experience designing complex platforms, systems, or workflow-heavy products
• Ability to simplify complicated processes into intuitive user experiences
• Experience with prototyping, user testing, and iterative product development
• Comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces with evolving requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
• Systems-thinking mindset with strong attention to usability and detail

• Exposure to service design or workflow optimisation
• Experience working on operationally complex or transaction-heavy products
• Familiarity with experimentation and data-informed design approaches
