Senior Product Manager CFD & Trading Products

Our client is a global fintech building multi-asset trading platforms across mobile, web, and desktop. Their platforms enable clients to trade CFDs, equities, futures & options, and crypto products across multiple regions.

Our client is looking for a commercially driven Senior Product Manager to own and evolve their leveraged trading product suite in Singapore.

This is a high-impact role focused primarily on CFD products (core priority) , with additional opportunity to contribute to broader multi-asset growth initiatives.

You will work at the intersection of client insight, data, regulation, and product strategy—translating complex trading mechanics into simple, intuitive user experiences for sophisticated retail traders.

First Preference (Must-Have):

1. Strong, hands-on experience in CFD product management
2. Deep understanding of leveraged trading products (FX, indices, commodities, equities CFDs)
3. Experience with retail trading platforms and margin-based products

Second Preference (Will Also Consider):

1. Experience in crypto derivatives
2. Exposure to perpetuals, futures, or leveraged crypto trading platforms

1. Own the CFD product roadmap, defining and prioritising initiatives aligned to commercial and client outcomes
2. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimisation
3. Translate complex trading workflows into clear product requirements and intuitive user experiences
4. Use data, client insights, and market research to guide prioritisation and decision-making
5. Identify growth opportunities across multi-asset trading (including equities and crypto where relevant)
6. Partner with UX teams to validate concepts through research, prototyping, and testing
7. Work with marketing on product launches, positioning, and ongoing performance tracking
8. Monitor competitor offerings and trading innovation trends across global markets
9. Ensure all product changes align with MAS regulatory requirements, including risk and compliance standards

Must-Have

1. 5–10 years’ product management experience in fintech, trading, or brokerage environments
2. Strong CFD product ownership experience (critical requirement)
3. Deep understanding of trading mechanics: order types, margin, leverage, liquidity concepts
4. Strong analytical capability (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude or equivalent tools)
5. Experience writing PRDs and working in Agile/Scrum environments
6. Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, compliance, and marketing
