Role Summary 

As a Senior Product Owner at GFT, you will lead product initiatives that bridge business needs, user experience, and technical delivery. 

For this engagement, you will support the modernization of an enterprise Entitlement Management platform, working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, architects, and engineering teams to define product direction and drive initiatives through delivery. This position need to be onsite Singapore.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Define and drive product vision, priorities, use cases, and user stories. 


• Lead product initiatives related to Entitlements, Consent Management, and Access Control. 


• Work closely with Business Analysts, architects, and engineers to translate business needs into implementable solutions. 


• Manage product priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs across business and technical stakeholders. 


• Drive stakeholder alignment through strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation. 


• Participate in technical design discussions and understand key implementation considerations. 


• Explore opportunities involving AI/Agentic AI concepts and prototyping where relevant. 


• Take end-to-end ownership and independently drive initiatives toward agreed outcomes. 

Education and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 


• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within complex technology environments. 


• Good understanding of Entitlement Management, Consent Management, Access Control, or related identity and authorization concepts. 


• Proven experience defining product vision, use cases, user stories, and product requirements. 


• Strong experience working with Business Analysts, architects, engineers, and senior stakeholders. 


• Good technical understanding with the ability to engage in solution design and implementation discussions. 


• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills. 


• High ownership, accountability, and ability to drive initiatives independently. 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services. 


• Exposure to modernization or digital transformation programs. 


• Exposure to AI/Agentic AI concepts, prototyping, or proof-of-concept initiatives. 


• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
