Senior Product Specialist, Private Markets, Global Investment Firm

A leading international investment management platform is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to support its Private Markets business in Singapore or Hong Kong. This role sits at the intersection of investments, distribution, and client engagement, with a strong focus on private credit, infrastructure debt, infrastructure equity, and private equity strategies across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for private credit, infrastructure debt, infrastructure equity, and private equity strategies, partnering closely with investment teams
• Serve as a key interface between investment, distribution, and clients across the region
• Deliver high-quality investment presentations and strategy messaging to institutional clients and internal stakeholders
• Support fundraising and client coverage efforts, including participation in meetings, roadshows, and industry events
• Develop and maintain investment content, including portfolio commentary, pitch materials, and RFP responses
• Provide insight on market trends and competitor positioning, articulating performance drivers
• Contribute to product development and go-to-market initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g. CFA) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in private markets across product specialist, institutional sales, or investment functions
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure and/or Private Credit strategies
• Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing institutional relationships in Asia
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts
• Proven ability to operate in a global, cross-functional environment
• Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative
• Fluency in English required; additional Asian language capabilities are advantageous
• Willingness to travel regionally as part of the role
