Senior Product Strategy Planning Manager ( Automotive | Up to $11k basic)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and
  goals.
• Lead the product management team, providing direction and mentorship.
• Identify market opportunities and define product vision, goals and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other departments, ensuring clear
  communication and alignment.
• Present product plans and progress to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and gather feedback to guide product improvements.
• Analyze product performance data and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
• Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis.
• Propose and implement product strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan.
• Implement processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of product management
  practices.
• Ay other duties or projects, as assigned.

Requirements:

• More than 10 years’ experience in automotive electronics industry, preferably with product
  management or product marketing experience
• Product management/marking experience in automotive industry, especially in products such as
  display, infotainment, domain controller, internet of vehicles, ADAS and/or autonomous driving.
• Willingness to travel within Asia, especially India and China.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centred
  design principles.
