Job Scope

• Coordinate with consultant CM, PE, RTO in daily activities, monthly claim, site progress updating, site inspection, testing and discussion etc
• Responsible for planning and monitoring of work progress on site such as PC installation, Rebar Installation, BBS Schedule, Pre and Post Concreting Work, Grouting and Excavation Work
• Prepare master program and construction sequence for client review, prepare method statement and drawings discrepancies, review project specification and technical clarification
• Liaise with authorities such as LTA, PUB, Npark, SP, Town councils to obtain relevant authority permit as preliminary works and technical meeting
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirement. 
• Oversee all site projects operations, functions and requirements, Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required, and to ensure for all submission is submit in time
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Monitor and update draft person accordingly for as built drawing for CSC submission, Maintain and monitor quality controls
• Identify and access any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities, perform general administrative duties such as drafting correspondences, record meeting minutes, filing and data entry

Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board, BCA or IES registered Resident Engineer (RE) 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects
• Able to handle AutoCAD or relevant drawing submission
