Senior Project Executive/Assistant Project Manager (Special Projects) - Fast Hire

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects to ensure quality and on time execution to the project’s specification and client’s expectation.
• Coordinate the production workflow between the Sales, Design, Procurement and Production departments including any external sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Manage sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and on time delivery within project costs.
• Utilize company’s project management software to coordinate and communicate to project team members during the production process.
• Initiate Production Schedule and manage deadlines for on time project delivery. 
• Conduct project meetings as and when required, eg. for issues resolution and updates.
• Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by sub-contractors to ensure structural integrity.
• Managing client’s expectation during projecttransition period with regular status updates.
• Prepare Onsite Schedule for the coordination of load-in, setup and dismantling works and to share with relevant parties.
• Oversee and supervise onsite setup work to ensure quality delivery and on time completion. 
• Submission of plans and drawings for approval by relevant authorities as required.
• The Senior Project Executive/Assistant Project Manager for Special Projects will be assigned high profile long-term projects lasting more than 3 months duration.
• These projects involve extensive pre-planning and site management work with construction activities involving temporary building structures and interior decoration.

Requirements:

• Ability to lead project teams during pre-planning and on-site until project completion.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and knowledge in AutoCad and MS Project is a plus.
• Good communication skill with people of all levels.
• Understanding of structural and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of civil/steel structures, materials and related legal regulations preferred.
• Supervise Construction Work in WSH (or BCSS) certification or equivalent is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant project management experience from construction, interior design or other related fields.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for the Assistant Project Manager position.
