Job Description - Senior Project Manager

Work collaboratively with and provide support to the Project Manager for the entire project lifecycle
Collaborate with the Project Manager to discern project requirements, and assign tasks to internal and external team members
Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets and efficient allocation of project resources
Support the Project Manager to organize, monitor and ensure that internal and consultant deadlines are met
Report to the Project Manager on progress, issues and discuss any matters related to the project
Provide written and verbal reports on project updates to the management as and when required
Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research, filing and sorting of project collaterals

Requirements

Educational background in Business, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent qualifications
Candidates with Interior Design experience will be strongly considered
At least 3 years experience in property development, property investment or real estate consultancy
Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition to completion of residential and commercial properties
