Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager (Electrical, Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, implement, execute, oversee, and finalize specific electrical projects.
• Organize project staff, offering guidance and support to ensure efficient team performance.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to respective site personnel.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines for electrical works.
• Continually monitor and update stakeholders on the progress of electrical projects.
• Deliver detailed reports outlining electrical project advancement, challenges, and solutions.
• Execute and oversee changes and interventions in electrical projects to achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Create and present progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation related to electrical engineering aspects.
• Assess the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot any problem areas.
• Attend site meetings with consultants, architects, and clients to coordinate electrical installations and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor construction progress, including electrical installations, and manage progress claims.
• Ensure timely delivery and execution of electrical projects in adherence to specified standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with site staff, supervisors, foremen, and suppliers involved in electrical works.
• Enforce compliance with all electrical and construction safety regulations and rules to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by the PEB Singapore is an advantage. 
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in electrical works of A&A projects.
• Experience in government projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in high voltage, low voltage, electrical generation and distribution systems, electrical hazardous classified areas, and ELV systems such as fire alarm, PAGA, CCTV, access control, data & telecommunications systems.
• Candidates demonstrating substantial experience will be considered for senior roles.
