Senior Project Manager/Engineer (Commercial Building) - Start Now

Requirements: 

•  Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects.
•  Coordinate and direct project teams, delegating tasks to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Maintain constant communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
• Develop detailed project documentation and presentations to report on progress and outline any needed changes.
• Facilitate conflict resolution within the project team and ensure continuous progress.
• Guide and supervise project staff and contractors, promoting accountability and positive engagement.
• Participate in site meetings and coordinate with the Supervisor, Site Staff, Suppliers, and Foreman. 
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Responsibilities: 

• Min Diploma in Civil, Structural, Architectural or related field. 
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience in similar industry. 
• Prior experience in A&A Works (Additions & Alterations) in Commercial Bldg Projects. 
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
