Responsibilities:

Provide Facilities Management services includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management.
Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
Supervise upgrading projects under your care.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

Diploma in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Facilities Management/ Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experiences.
Prefer Fire Safety Management Certification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
