Senior Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day transactional buying activities to ensure goods and services meet its standard, quality and pricing while ensuring compliance to purchasing policy.
2. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, expediting where necessary and performing goods receipt in system.
3. Source and liaise with local & overseas suppliers conducting TCO evaluation process in terms of quality, service, price competitiveness and others.
4. Managing RFQ/RFP/Tender processes, participate in the evaluation of bids, including negotiation and evaluation of supplier quotes.
5. Respond to stakeholders and/or supplier pertaining to queries on order, changes, or cancellations.
6. Analyze inventory trends and review monthly orders and consumption.
7. Prepare of monthly reports. Provide Management with data and reports related to purchasing activities as and when required.
8. Ensure proper recording and retention of documents for auditing, according to company’s ISO standard and guidelines.
9. Assist in department towards digitalization/ transformation projects.
10. All other adhoc duties as required.
