Senior Python Developer

- Position: Senior Python Developer

- Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment automation services for a global user base.
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams.
- Design and implement high-concurrency APIs.
- Maintain ETL processes and message queues.
- Drive automation for job posting and resume screening workflows.

- Core Technology Stack:
- Python 3.10+ / FastAPI
- Celery
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Docker / Kubernetes

- Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Python development experience.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and testing.
- Ability to independently optimize SQL queries.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.
- English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication.

- Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid work model supported.

- Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary: SGD 90,000 – 120,000
