Senior Quantitative Analyst - Immediate Start

a. Role Description

b. Principal Responsibilities

• Macro quantitative analysis: regularly track, collect and quantify macroeconomic data, combine the company's internal quantitative model signals, and judge the characteristics of the cycle;
• Quantitative analysis of trading (technical): through tracking and quantitative analysis of various types of market transaction data, such as market trends, market sentiment and other indicators, combined with the company's internal quantitative model signals, make suggestions on the trading rhythm;
• Optimize and improve the internal quantitative model: Coordinate with IT operation and maintenance to ensure the stability and efficiency of the data production process, and continuously optimize, improve and iterate the internal quantitative model according to the requirements of the investment strategy.  

c. Personal attributes/Skills/Qualification

Required

• Bachelor degree or above in economics, finance, statistics, financial engineering, econometrics and other related majors, with good statistical and quantitative analysis skills;
• Min.3 years of relevant working experience in quantitative analysis, highly sensitive to data, good at data processing and quantitative analysis;
• Or min.3 years of working experience as a stock trader, and are good at technical analysis of market transaction data;
• Proficiency in the use of Bloomberg, Wind, Excel, familiar with Python is preferred;
• Strong interest in investment, strong learning ability, teamwork ability, self-driving and sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required as the role requires frequent communication with companies in mainland China. 

Preferred

• CFA qualification or in progress.
