Senior Quantity Surveyor ( Electrical )

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claims and liaise with clients on claims and variation costs.
• Prepare quotations, compare prices, and prepare bill of quantities for tender.
• Conduct cost analysis and contract administration.
• Preparing and submission of Tenders and contract documents
• Perform quantity surveying for projects.
• Any relevant duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Mechanical QS and knowledgeable in market unit rate.
• Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
