Senior Quantity Surveyor (main Construction)

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent.

· Min. of 2-4 years of working experience with a main contractor on private residential projects.

· 5-day week.

Responsibilities:

· Reporting to Contracts Manager.

· Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.

· Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and sub-contractors.
