Our client is one of the largest manufacturer and suppliers of medical device.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new products and new technologies through adherence to established quality management system processes and practices.
- Lead on new product development lifecycle per design control procedures
- Lead on product transfer tasks and projects
- Lead on continuous improvement and sustaining projects
- Lead or assist team management, R&D lab and inventory management
- Lead or assist development and management in technology advancement and excellence
- Provide technical guidance and supports to cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Materials / Bio-Engineering or relevant
- 2 – 8 years’ experience in R&D environment in Medical device.
- Proven knowledge and experience in project management and technology development
- A strong technical leader with good product design and process development skills and experience
