-        To expand and develop the business market share through successful fulfillment and excellent customer service and rapport building.

-        Handle recruitment and search fulfillment, under local context and probably later regional coverage.

-        To assure that 100% service delivery to meet economic and technical buyers of client.

-        Meet target set.

-        Make regular visits to clients’ HQ office and other premises to meet hiring managers, gather feedback and ensure good customers satisfaction.

-        Ensure that issues faced are resolved within good turnaround time, and escalated to reporting in-charge with solutions in place.
