Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture client and business relationships through identification and development.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates according to client requirements.
• Utilize networking, social media, advertising, and referrals to source suitable candidates.
• Manage job offer finalization and salary negotiation procedures.
• Deliver outstanding services and maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, resourcefulness, and persistence.
• Initiative-driven and highly motivated individual.
