Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in business development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both recruitment and sales, with a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through proactive client acquisition and retention strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate key markets and industries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor recruitment solutions to meet client needs effectively.

Client Management:

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.

Recruitment Process:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for client positions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Negotiate offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleague and support staff to deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients.
  • Share market knowledge and insights with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Act as a mentor to junior consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
