Senior Regional FP&A Specialist (US Co.) - Start Immediately

• Adecco is partnering with a US Co. (Technology Solutions and Equipments Provider).
• As a Senior Regional FP&A Specialist, you will report to the Group CFO and work closely with stakeholders across various departments to drive financial and business performance through your FP&A expertise.

• Develop and lead the FP&A strategy for the business, aligning with overall group objectives.
• Drive the quarterly/annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with respective country finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide insightful analysis of financial results and key performance indicators, highlighting trends and recommending corrective actions to the senior leadership team.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Including preparing and presenting regular financial reports to senior leadership.
• Work closely with various departments, including the Revenue-Generating team, Operations, Marketing, IT, HR, and Global HQ to gather data and insights that contribute to accurate financial planning and analysis.

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; candidate with CPA / CA / ICAEW / CMA is a plus
• More than 6 years of relevant FP&A experience with exposure in the electronics/IT hardware/manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Business Analytical tools.
• Agile with strong business acumen to execute business strategies with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in a diversified environment.
