Senior Reinsurance Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Reinsurance Analyst to support the administration and servicing of our client’s treaty reinsurance portfolios across Asia region.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, brokers, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality operational support and client service.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Treaty reinsurance knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environament.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the servicing and administration of Treaty Reinsurance accounts across claims, premium processing, and contract management.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, reinsurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Monitor claims activity, premium transactions, and treaty accounting, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treaty renewals, new business implementation, and client reporting.
• Prepare portfolio analysis, management reports, and operational statistics.
• Resolve account discrepancies and provide solutions to support client needs.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, and operational excellence projects.
• Collaboratea cross teams to maintain high service standards and support business objectives.
