12-18 years of relevant banking experience, with strong exposure to bilateral and syndicated lending, and working knowledge of trade finance, LBOs, structured finance, and/or project finance. Sector experience in Real Estate, Food & Agri, and Transport is preferred.
Well‑versed in KYC, AML, and sanctions requirements and processes.
Demonstrated track record in originating and developing bilateral client relationships, with a strong focus on meeting client needs.
Enhance long‑term relationship returns through effective cross‑selling of the Bank's regional platform and product capabilities.
Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, with responsibility for origination, portfolio profitability, and credit quality.
Own the end‑to‑end credit process, including deal origination, credit evaluation, structuring of facilities, documentation, facility activation, and ongoing post‑lending monitoring.
