Job Description - Senior Retail / Retail Lead

Job Description

â¢ Oversee daily management of store and key store activities under management's directives

â¢ Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image

â¢ Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationships

â¢ Mentor retail team and oversee scheduling and proper SOPs

â¢ Assign tasks, support retail team, and offer constructive feedback where needed to help improve the team and overall productivity

â¢ Lead stock-takes for store inventory and receive stock transfers

â¢ Ensures store is stocked efficiently and adequately

â¢ Maintains excellent store environment and make improvements where needed

â¢ Works closely with managers on sales activities and customer feedback

â¢ Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

â¢ 5 days work week including both weekends

â¢ Minimum 1 year experience in retail roles (part-time experience accepted)

â¢ Excellent communication and customer handling skills

â¢ Fluent in English.

â¢ Passion for home & lifestyle products and social media is a plus

â¢ Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets

Working hours:

5 days work week include weekends
