Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description

 He/she should be committed to fostering client’s Brand Loyalty through social media platforms. We are looking for an experienced, engaged, team-playing individual to join the team, Top Rolex & Tudor selection in SG.

Job Responsibilities :

• Must be able to train new staffs and lead the teams
• Must be able to maintain the sales target and should be able to over achieve it
• Be the ambassador of our brand and maintain store presentation standards
• Convey passion for our brands through creating a luxury client experience
• Ensuring a high level of client's satisfaction by assessing their needs, providing information and assistance when required
• Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills and sense of product knowledge
• Ability to prioritize and excellent follow-up skills through corporate email
• Experience in Digital Marketing is required

Job Requirements :

• Must have at least minimum of 5 years of experience in sales watches
• Must be good in both sales and marketing
• Must be able to speak in both English and Mandarin as need to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
• Customer Service Oriented
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good team player
• Motivated and driven
• Professional training will be provided
