Senior Sales Associate - Immediate Start

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

As a front line representative of DEJADE, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales of all our unique and beautiful pieces. You will also be accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with our DEJADE values.

How will you make an impact?

Clients to in-store events

• Set up window displays and in-store displays each morning assure displays are broken down each evening and products are stored in the safe nightly
• Provide excellent customer service. Follow up on after sales service
• Implement policies and procedures established by the company
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve present sales objectives and targets
• Develop network and clientele
• Attend social functions within the community to generate new clientele invite current and prospective

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

• Strong negotiation skill and able to close sales efficiently
• At least 3 years of previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury product is preferred.
• Experience in Fashion/ Art/ Jewellery will be preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of computer skills .
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
• Able to converse in English and additional language will be an advantage.
