Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the bathroom solutions industry by promoting products, developing client accounts, and delivering technical support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell bathroom products to retail customers, contractors, and project developers to increase market share
• Develop new client accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, and conduct timely follow-ups to secure sales agreements
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and effective customer engagement
• Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge and technical support to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
• Work independently with minimal supervision to manage sales activities and customer interactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in bathroom products, sanitaryware, or building materials
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills applied to sales contexts
• Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused approach to achieving sales objectives
