Senior Sales Executive [Biomass Fuel / Up to $5k] - Join a Market Leader

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with counterparts and suppliers to negotiate sales terms, pricing, and other relevant terms to maximize profits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Obtain firm bids from customers and prepare comprehensive proposals
• Proactively search for potential customers through various channels
• Attend customers inquiries
• Remain updated about industry trends, market conditions, and the activities of competitors to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Ensure timely receipt of L/Cs from customers and issuance to suppliers
• Prepare full sets of shipping documentation and negotiation of L/Cs
• Ensure invoicing, payments and receipts arranged in timely manner
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of B-to-B Sales experience in Trading Company
• Biomass fuel (PKS) product knowledge
• Knowledge of UPC rules and L/Cs
