Job Summary

Join us as a Sales Interior Designer to lead client projects from initial meeting to final handover. Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role requiring strong design, sales, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to present design concepts and close sales deals successfully
• Develop comprehensive design packages including mood boards, space planning, 3D visuals, and technical drawings to meet client needs
• Coordinate project execution with carpentry teams, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Conduct site measurements, supervise installations, and manage defect rectifications to fulfill client expectations
• Manage project timelines and budgets by identifying and communicating scope or cost changes proactively
• Research and apply current materials, finishes, and market trends to enhance design solutions
• Organize and manage 5–10 active projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage homeowners and factory teams
• Apply sales techniques to follow up with clients, protect profit margins, and close deals efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design, preferably with carpentry-driven firms
• Proficiency in Aihouse (三维家), AutoCAD, SketchUp; Adobe Suite skills are a plus
• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays to accommodate client availability
