Senior Sales Manager (East/Team Management/Up To $8000) - Generous Compensation

Our client, one of the leaders for consumer products are currently looking for highly motivated and strong leadership Senior Sales Manager (Team Management) to join their admirable team. 

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible to manage the sales performance of the business unit. 
• You will also require to leading a sales team through execution of activities, monitoring and guidance and motivation.
• Managing gross profit generated and new business developed in terms of operational costs, manage key customer accounts and deliver sales figure. 
• Identify new opportunities, develop and implement sales development plan to ensure good quality project pipelines consistently.
• Ensure accurate project & sales forecast.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree qualification. 
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of B2B Sales experience in management a team.
• Strong change management skills and experience leading organizational transitions to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Solid exposure in consumer products will be an added advantage.
• Good presentation, communication and influencing skills.
• Highly motivated and able to lead teams and achieve organizational goals.
• Strong leadership skills.
