Job Description:

• Planning (Service Strategy):
  • Recommend areas for new features and enhancements based on knowledge of SAP, financial business roadmaps, product roadmaps, and technology trends.
  • Make recommendations during the strategic planning, needs assessment, solution identification, and vendor evaluation processes.
• Design & Implementation (Service Design and Transition):
  • Lead the gathering and analysis of business and technical requirements, planning, and design, while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and third-party vendors.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP FICO setup, including business processes and customizations.
  • Perform, review, and advise on system changes, coordinating user acceptance testing (unit & performance testing).
  • Lead IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and security reviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute proactive and reactive measures to ensure the performance and capacity of SAP FICO services meet agreed targets.
  • Ensure SAP FICO changes and setups are documented in the service catalogue.
  • Contribute to deployment and release management to ensure quality gates are met for new or enhanced features.
• Monitoring & Maintenance (Service Operations):
  • Recommend a logical and organized approach to problem resolution, managing the lifecycle of all problems to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.
  • Provide insights to the support team on handling major incidents and problems.
  • Provide solutions or collaborate with vendor partners for incidents or major events.
  • Conduct overall service reviews and maturity assessments, generating necessary service review reports.

Requirements:

• Experience as a SAP S4 HANA FICO consultant, including experience in large implementations.
• SAP-accredited certification in SAP FICO.
• Experience managing SAP FICO support, including configuration and upgrades.
• Familiarity with change management processes for SAP FICO.
• Understanding of Finance business processes and the ability to align SAP FICO to support organizational workflows and integrations.
