As a Senior Shipping Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily shipping operations to ensure the efficient transportation of goods to and from specified locations.
• Manage and ensure timely preparation and submission of all required documentation, working closely with customers and suppliers to address any discrepancies.
• Use and oversee the system to monitor shipments, billing, and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and prompt updates.
• Prepare and oversee shipping paperwork, including Bills of Lading, Permits, and Certificates of Origin.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipping vendors, carriers, and hauliers.
• Ensure compliance of shipments with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company protocols.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Resolve issues related to shipping, transportation, or documentation delays.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by the management team to aid overall business operations.
