As a Senior Social Worker (Family Service Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify needs, strengths, and risks. 
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and families. 
• Provide ongoing case management, including follow-up, monitoring, and evaluation. 
• Coordinate client referrals to appropriate internal and external resources.
• Offer counseling and emotional support to individuals, couples, and families facing challenges. 
• Lead group sessions and workshops to address specific needs and foster growth. 
• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and resilience. 
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential services. 
• Collaborate with community agencies to enhance support networks. 
• Raise awareness of social issues and contribute to education and prevention efforts. 
• Participate in community events promoting well-being.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. 
• Participate in case conferences to ensure comprehensive client support
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
