Who we are looking for:

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on technically challenging problems in a “tech startup-like” environment that is similar to that of a modern tech company solving impactful projects for our Armed Forces. 

More on what we are looking for:

• Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, and/or Artificial Intelligence with at least 6 years of working experience in developing software 


• Experience working on large-scale software systems.


• Proficient in modern full-stack web application development.


• Passionate about engineering excellence and fostering a collaborative and team-oriented development approach.


• Possess a strong interest in building technology for public good.

What you will do:

• Build relationships with our stakeholders and agencies and manage roadmaps for new and existing products.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Services in the SAF to understand their unique needs and challenges, and develop bespoke software solutions that address them.


• Work effectively in a team that designs, develops, tests, and maintains useful software applications across the stack.


• Support your peers, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where everyone can grow and make a difference.


• Collaborate with users to understand their needs and challenges, and develop software solutions that address them.
