Job Description - Senior Solutions Manager

Act as the prime business relationship manager for the key business stakeholder for the portfolio you are accountable for
Being able to determine, and develop, the business value of any solution, and how it could be extended
Driving the group towards solutions to complex problems
Responsible to provide technical analysis for plan corrections to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws
Develop Required Minimum Distribution programs to be used at the recordkeeping offices
Compute complicated calculations as needed for recordkeeping adjustments
Manage plan corrections with recordkeeping offices and accounting staff
Identify processes and procedures to reduce administrative errors and increase customer satisfaction
Create and maintain monthly and quarterly reports used to track Operations performance
