Overall support & lead APAC region raw materials qualification and harmonization activities independently. Champion the raw material qualification prioritization process among 3 plant sites, so that connecting the business requestors need with the local plant site's qualification teamwork priority. Ensuring the accuracy of supplier-producer-material info details & documentation are maintained during qualification review. Acting as raw material technical expertise, to support the business or operation team from the aspect of material characteristic, suitability use, monograph specification conformance and regulatory compliance during qualification risk assessment or business enquiry for exchangeability (substitution) or suitability use in premix. Setting up regional material equivalency database and regional material application database, in collaboration with the Innovation lab. Leading the regional food fraud & packaging material update process with 3 local sites. Aligning with the Global Category PRMS prior assigning new harmonized codes or extension new codes via global system (Q26 in SAP system) for 3 premix plant sites in APAC Region. Maintaining the qualified raw material master data on global database (P43 in SAP) and collaborating with Regional Masterdata team in the harmonized code activation activities in local system (P45 in SAP) for 3 premix sites in APAC Region. Managing the up-to-date regulatory compliance documentation on global shared folder to support customer's requirement. Independent Supplier Auditor, to support supplier raw material quality improvement by participating in supplier audit and leading 1 or 2 non-conformance supplier source change. Troubleshooting issues on formulator PTO system related with global conversion factors and local attributes maintenance on global SAP system. Performing improvement projects for global systems which are related to global SAP systems. Proficient in common computer software applications.
