Job's mission

As a Senior Specialist, Production Planning at ASM, you’ll lead planning strategies that ensure smooth production operations and on-time delivery of advanced semiconductor equipment. You’ll take ownership of complex projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage engineering changes and BOM structures with precision. Your leadership will help ASM deliver cutting-edge technology that powers the world’s most innovative devices.

What you will be working on

What we are looking for

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent 


• Minimum 8 years of production planning experience in high-tech manufacturing or low-volume, high-mix environments equipment manufacturing environment


• Strong leadership and adaptability in fast-paced settings.


• Proficient in SAP S/4Hana, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.


• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
