Job Description - Senior Staff Engineer - OK Engine (Finance System)

About The Opportunity

The OKEngine team is responsible for the development of internal products and upgrade in enterprise efficiency within the company. This team enhance employee satisfaction and providing support for the rapid growth of our global business. This team cover internal functions such as human resources, finance, and administrative teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including requirement analysis, technical solution design, development, testing, deployment, and technical documentation

Conduct architecture upgrades of the internal finance system, ensure service reliability and data security

Analyze technical feasibility of complex business requirements, work out technical solution, and support impelementing it

Optimize system performance, mentor junior/senior engineers, and help the team resolving technical challenges

Draft the engineering specifications, influence and drive technical decision-making within the department.

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of Java development experience with Spring Boot/Cloud, proficient in Java and its ecosystem

Expertise in relational/NoSQL databases, caching, message queues, and microservices architecture; capable of source-level analysis of open-source middleware

Experience in leading large-scale enterprise system development, handling complex business scenarios, and building systems from scratch

Familiar with end-to-end finance processes (expense management/auditing/accounting/treasury management/reporting, etc.)

Passionate about technology with a strong emphasis on code quality and development standards

Fast learner with logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. 9. Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Good to Have

Prior experience in relevant departments/projects at listed top-tier internet companies

Familiar with blockchain or crypto industry
