The role optimizes logistics processes and systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA), drives analytics for visibility and decision making, and leads rapid issue resolution during time sensitive periods (e.g., quarter end). The analyst partners closely with carriers, 3PLs, IT teams, and global stakeholders to sustain network performance and enable continuous improvement.\n\n * SAP Process Troubleshooting: Manage and advise on day to day operational SAP system issue to ensure shipment release within cut off and operational needs\n\n\n\n\n * SAP Process Ownership:\n\nChampion change management, UAT, cutover readiness, and hypercare stabilization.\n\n\n\n\n * Carrier/EDI/API Integrations: Support FedEx ECSHIP, UPS PLD200, myDHL API, and related carrier integrations; resolve system errors.\n\n\n\n\n * Analytics \u0026 Dashboards:\n\nBuild and automate dashboards (OTD, DIFOT, order cycle time, pick productivity, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, freight cost per kg/order, CO2e per shipment).\n\n\n\n\n * Governance \u0026 Change Management: Align with global standards, cascade new processes to business teams, and provide training.\n\n\n\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nWork Experience:\n\n\\- 5\u20138+ years end\u2011to\u2011end logistics experience, 3+ years on SAP S/4HANA.\n\npreferably in Semiconductor / High Tech industry\n\nSpecific Knowledge:\n\n\\- Proficiency in MM, SD, EWM, TM, IDoc/EDI.\n\nPersonal Traits\n\n\\- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.\n\n\\- Dedicated, can-do spirit with reasonable threshold for stress\n\nEducation:\n\n\\- Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.\n\nTravel:\n\n\\- up to 15% overseas travel requirement\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nTraffic Analyst 4\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
