Maintain professional standards in the provision of nursing care and patient education to patients in collaboration with nursing and members of multi-disciplinary health care team. Provide orientation and guidance for junior nursing personnel to achieve quality nursing care.

a. Manage and plan the care management of individual patient
b. Participate in ward activities to enhance patient care
c. Participate in employee engagement survey
d. Participate in physician rounds and collaborate with physician and members of healthcare team to ensure continuity of patient care and follow through of treatment plans


Apply Knowledge and Skills
a. Demonstrate competency in nursing core and specialty skills
b. Maintain current trends in nursing practice and management through formal education and self development
c. Supervise junior nursing personnel in providing quality nursing care

Compliance with Infection Control Standards and Promote Patient’s Safety
a. Improve infection control practices and reduce risks of health care associated infection
b. Enhance safety culture by reducing sharp injuries and maintain hand hygiene compliance
c. Comply with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)


Demonstrate Effective Communication Skills
a. Communication effective and build relationship with doctors, patients, family and nursing staff
