Senior Structural Design Manager (Tender & Design Management)

• Lead and coordinatestructural design work for Design & Build (DB) and EPC tenders, ensuring designs meet project requirements and relevant standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit technical tender documents, including design proposals, calculations, drawings,and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients during tender preparation and post-tender clarifications.
• Manage structural design activities after project award, ensuring design deliverables are completed ontime and meet project requirements.
• Review design changes,resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with Singapore codes,regulations, and project specifications.
• Liaise with clients,consultants, and project teams to support design coordination, technical discussions, and approvals.
• Lead and guide the structural design team to deliver quality engineering solutions and achieve project objectives.
• Support value engineering, design optimization, and construct ability reviews to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sDegree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of structural design and design management experience in building projects.
• Experience in Design & Build (DB), EPC, and tender management.
• Singapore consultancy/design institute experience preferred.

Key Skills

• Structural design and design coordination.
• Project and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Singapore codes and standards.

Preferred Skills

• PE registration is an advantage.
• Experience with ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or STAAD. Pro.
