• Company located at Clarke Quay (Walking distance from MRT)

• Working hours: 8:45am – 5:45pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Scope

• Support sales, manage execution of contracts and implement all operational activities.
• Co-ordinate and monitor shipments schedule closely and liaise with related parties. 
• Handle all shipping documentations including Letter of Credit (LC) transactions.
• Upkeep of data in Sage system and maintaining the shipments loading schedule, costing, and any other database required accurately and on time.
• Analyse and maintain all sales and purchase data/statistics and other shipping/operational details.
• Verify and process all incoming and outgoing invoices to and from Buyer/Supplier/third party service providers etc. and monitor payment status.
• Establish good working relationships with customers, suppliers and third party logistic and service providers.
• To perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate superior.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operation Management or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
• Possess knowledge of INCOTERM 2020 will be an added advantage
• Possess a good understanding of international trade such as ASEAN, Asia trade policies will be advantageous
