Senior System Engineer

We are working with a tech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Senior System Engineer to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive up to SGD 120k (excluding bonus).

A Senior Systems Engineer is needed to support the TopSKY-ATC(HE) product in the Air Traffic Management (ATM) domain. The role involves leading end-to-end systems engineering workcovering requirements, design, and deliverywhile aligning with system baselines and international ATM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document solutions that meet customer needs while preserving system architecture.

• Analyse trade-offs across cost, schedule, requirements, and risk.

• Integrate transversal constraints (Safety, Security, Human Factors, Performance).
• Participate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies (PI planning, backlog refinement), and working groups.

• Prepare ECPs and PCRs; manage requirements traceability in DOORS.

• Collaborate with Agile teams (PO, SM, developers, testers).

• Ensure technical solutions meet project timelines and quality expectations.

• Drive continuous improvement and support knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in Air Traffic Management (ATM), with knowledge of ICAO, Eurocontrol standards.
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience across Requirements, Design, Integration, V&V.
• Familiar with ISO/IEC15288, safety/security/human factor standards, and agile development.

• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.

• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science (postgrad in Systems Engineering is a plus).

Tools & Frameworks:

• DOORS, Polarian, Jira

• Model-Based Systems Engineering tools: Capella, Enterprise Architect

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience is a bonus

• Open to foreign applicants; relocation to Singapore is supported.
